Merry Christmas! Blessed is the LORD!

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Please take a few minutes of your day to relax with a favorite beverage and read this very short post. I won't bore you with excessive chatter today.

Benedictus - Blessed is the LORD! Jesus Christ came to earth through a miraculous birth, to live and minister, and to die for the sins of the world.

Have you trusted in Christ for salvation and eternal life? Do you have a personal relationship with the LORD of glory?

My church choir sang this sacred piece - "Benedictus (Blessed is the LORD)" as part of our Christmas Cantata on December 11th. It has become a favorite of mine and I've been listening to it constantly for the past two weeks.

It tells of the birth of Christ. Benedictus, Benedictus. Blessed is our LORD. Welcome His Incarnate Word.

For your listening pleasure, please click on the link HERE to listen. It's only four and a half minutes long. Absolutely beautiful!

And if you have six more minutes, please listen to this glorious recording of "Come to Me" HERE. Both of these pieces are by Dan Forrest. For those of you who have not yet trusted in Christ as your personal Savior, may this piece prick your heartstrings and bring you to the point of prayer - to the LORD - for salvation and eternal life.

Have a blessed Christmas Day!
