Happy New Year 2020! Welcome to my new blog and Etsy Shop!
I’m excited to share this new blog/Etsy Shop with you today! It’s been a long time since I wrote a post on my previous blog – tintenfleckstudio.com – and the past year and a half has had hard trials but also new experiences to enjoy.
When my husband and I moved back to the USA from Canada (July 2018), my intention to open up a new Etsy shop to sell my bags and jewelry (and art) and continue my blog didn’t materialize as soon as I had hoped. Along with the move came a lot of unanticipated stressful situations.
It was not all fun and games – dealing with packing/unpacking twice, renting two U-Haul trucks, living with family for six months in a new part of the country, new church, husband needing a job, looking for a car and a house – interpersonal relationship issues abounded. Stress levels were high, but in the end, the LORD brought us through. And I’m thankful for that.
My new blog and Etsy shop with a new name – Lady Elsie Lee – has a fresh, new look and has been a long time in the making. I hope you like it! As we move into a new year, all my passions and pursuits are the same: beautiful and practical accessories for the gentlewoman at heart, natural products for home and body, delicious recipes, sewing projects, Etsy shop items for sale, spiritual encouragement, and whatever suits my fancy. I hope it suits yours, too!

One thing to take note…I did say way back in 2018 (May 18 post on tintenfleckstudio.com) that after my move back to the States, I was going to continue with my special promotional. As it is a woman’s privilege to change her mind, that promotional is no longer available. :-)
